🩷 DEPOSITS: A 50% non-refundable deposit will be charged upon booking. 🖤 RESCHEDULING: Deposit will transfer ONCE to your new appointment date if it is communicated within 48hrs prior to the start of your scheduled appointment. 🩷 CANCELLATIONS: Deposit will forfeit for ANY cancellations and no additional charges will be made if the cancellation is communicated within 48hrs prior to the start of your scheduled appointment. 🖤 LAST MINUTE RESCHEDULES/CANCELLATIONS: Deposit will forfeit & 100% of remaining service balance will be charged. NO SHOWS ARE CHARGED FULL SERVICE PRICE & WILL BE BANNED 🩷 RUNNING LATE?: We give a 10 min grace period. If you are not inside our salon by the 10th minute, you will be considered a cancellation & policy will be applied. 🖤 UPON ARRIVAL: Please make sure to text us (951) 594-9757 upon arrival as we keep our doors locked for safety purposes. Once prompted to come in you may wait inside the salon’s waiting area. 🩷 PAYMENTS: Cash, Card, Zelle, or Apple Pay is accepted for remaining balance. Please note card payments will inquire a 3.5% processing fee. NO EXTRA GUESTS. NO KIDS ALLOWED UNLESS THEY ARE BEING SERVICED. WE UNFORTUNATELY DO NOT HAVE A DAY CARE.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Deposit forfeits for any cancellations within a 48hr notice from the start of your appointment with no additional fees. We charge a 100% cancellation fee for any last minute cancellations, no shows, or last minute reschedules.
